You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

THE AMOUNT FROM THE AIRPORT TO MY DESTINATION WAS $** WHEN FIRST REQUESTED. AFTER I WAS DROPPED OFF THE DRIVER FAILED TO STOP RIDE, SO MY TIME METER KEPT RUNNING, AFTER I WAS DROPPED OFF! AND NOT I HAVE BEEN HIT WITH A $** TAB ALL BECAUSE DRIVER NEVER STOPPED MY RIDE. HIS CAR HAD A STRONG CIGARETTE OLDER, DIRTY VEHICLE, AND WAS PLAYING LOUD MUSIC IN HIS NATIVE LANGUAGE! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BECAUSE IVE BEEN RIDING WITH LYFT FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER HAVE I CAME ACROSS THIS SITUATION WHERE YOUR DRIVER DOESNT STOP RIDE AFTER DROPPING HIS PASSENGER OFF!
GetHuman-vickmike did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
