upon reserving a lyft ride, shouldn't i receive a confirmation via text or email? What if I do not? I made a reservation about ** hours in advance and never received a confirmation that i would be picked up. About * minutes before my pick up time, i get a call from the driver stating he is going to be ** minutes late. I needed to leave for the airport then, not ** minutes later. My neighbor ended up taking me to the airport. Please respond.
GetHuman-katscot did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
