I have pre-scheduled a pickup at my home twice within the last three to four weeks for a trip to Chattanooga Airport. I always schedule it the day before and check the status before I go to bed to see that a driver has been confirmed. The first time I scheduled a trip I went to bed with a driver to find the next morning that one driver had cancelled and another picked it up, which is fine.*Yesterday I scheduled a pickup and awoke this morning to see my driver still confirmed. Within **-** min of being picked up—I have no driver. This is unacceptable. I understand I live about **-** min outside of metro Chattanooga in Georgia, but if a scheduled driver can’t be promised then you need to discontinue your service in the N GA area. This caused me a great deal of stress and having to rearrange my transportation mode.

GetHuman-brianwbl did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
