good morning!*i forgot to message you tuesday night with my ride, i don't understand why LYFT will still post a waiting time which is not the exact time i was waited, i started to order lyft it was around *:**pm if i'm not mistaken it says *mins waiting., and waited in the cold outside and i ended up waited for my ride for **mins., the driver arrived *:** or so, i got sick waited outside in the cold, could you please do something if your driver will be late? i know he msg me but i wasn't expecting the **mins.waiting time. hope to hear from you! *have a good day!
