I am trying to send a copy of a complimentary email I sent The Boston MBTA Ride Pilot Program using Lyft today *******.*I had my very first and wonderful experience using Lyft in conjunction with your Pilot Program. The arrival time (* minutes from calling) was fantastic. The drivers were courteous, friendly and excellent drivers. I do hope you continue this program for future trips. It is a Godsend to people like myself who are handicapped. Thank you, Joan Burgess
