Hello Im Anthony. Last night March * **** I paid for a Lyft to take * people from blackwood NJ to **th street station in Philadelphia PA around **:**pm . After the driver picked up the two people, I realized the ride arrival time getting longer and longer on my app.. it went up to almost * hrs and it was only a ** minute trip to **th street station in philadelphia , I then called the driver named Taleah numerous times before they finally answered. I asked driver why the ** minute ride is now up to almost * hours .. The driver was not answering me seriously and acting weird to give me (the card holder who paid for the ride) a straight answer. I grew more agitated and then driver finally told me that the * people paid him cash to take them to a further destination which he accepted. So I then tried to cancel my payment because I was charged *** dollars for their ride that they paid for with cash. But I wasnt able to cancel my card payment. Im not sure if driver notifird you about the cash payment or if they just pocketed the cash and plans on still getting paid with my card payment as well, but Im very dissatisfied with this whole situation and would like my payment refunded to me since their was a cash exchange during the ride.
