I ordered my first ride from Lyft. I couldn't see how to specify a certain time. I called the number that was texted to me several times and also let him know I didn't need the ride till *pm and that I was on crutches. He didn't bother checking his mssgs and was very rude. I waited by my door watching for him. Then at **** sat in my car and waited till *:** then called him*Said he drove by then cancelled the ride and that he was unable to check his mags. I understand that but he could have pulled over for * minute to check to provide a service. *I was charged the full fee plus a * dollar cancellation fee.*This is not right.*I have a broken foot and I will need services again sometime.*Please reimburse me. This isn't right.
