Yesterday I was driven from Bradenton to Tampa. Once the driver got off the Sunshine Skyway (and this was BEFORE we got to the traffic jam) he didn’t know where he was going. HE had to ask ME for directions! He kept taking and starting to take the wrong exits and I had to yell “NO...This is the wrong exit!” Not to mention that his car was filthy and had a lot of garbage in it.*I understand that you calculate the cost using time as well as distance. He was responsible for a lot of the extra time due to the fact that he didn’t know where he was going. Not to mention the huge traffic jam due to a vehicle on fire, which was NOT our fault and could NOT be avoided.*The price was outrageous and for the first time ever I did not tip the driver. I demand a refund or at least a partial refund. If you don’t resolve this you can be sure I will be using Uber from now on.*Dail Weinberger

My issues were resolved and I will be getting a partial refund. I had to contact Lyft by replying to an email and also by using their Help page to arrange for them to call me. They did call me and they resolved the issue.
