Hello, on Saturday feb **, around *:** pm I tried to sign up with Lyft and get a ride from SFO to Foster City, ca. Finally after couple unsuccessful try I got a driver who was far from me and when I called him to ask him to get to me or give me directions how to get to him, he did not know how. So I canceled the trip because of being so far from me. Now I see I have been charged twice $**.** ( * * **.**) and twice $*.** (** *.**). I would like refund on all those charges.
