Hello I wish you all would really take this seriously it's so hard to contact you or get any help on any issue I have had enough I spend too much time and energy and money to be treated as rudely as I was today by your driver William in the Honda he was to pick me up at **:** Central Avenue Middletown Ohio and he was to take me to **** Mack Road Fairfield Ohio this was an important appointment and I did make it in advance I scheduled the right when he came to pick me up he was at the wrong location which of course was my fault not really because he was given **** I later learned that he was about a block-and-a-half away at the library and then he was at another location and told me that upon me calling when I called the number he was rude and answered and was yelling and screaming and say why don't know where you are can't you just walk out here and then he advised me that I needed to walk out into the parking lot and look for him that wouldn't have been necessary had he come to the right location to begin with again I was at **:** the sign on the door says **:** I told him where the business was and told him it was a second building from the corner later he came around the corner picked me up advised me that if I had an attitude he didn't have to take me well yes I had a problem because I was going from Cincinnati to Fairfield and it was very urgent that I get there and so I did need to go he continue to be rude and unprofessional throughout the entire experience maybe this isn't the job for William I would really appreciate a phone call back or text message to my phone I am not always at work or with my computer my phone number is ***-***-**** thank you and I hope that you realize people who are treated the way I am should have been compensated in some way for just putting up with his **** I don't try to take people but there is no way you can treat a customer the way he treated me today and just go on with your day tomorrow like nothing happened the American Cancer Society paid for my trip today but none-the-less both of us should be reimbursed for the Jack but that you guys sent to us it's not your fault that he came but you've got to start doing something about the attitudes of these drivers
