Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. I am a person with disabilities.I was accepted into the MBTA Paratransit pilot program about a year ago and have been using it successfully. About * weeks I purchased a new phone ( a droid device) I had been using an iPhone. I installed the Lyft app that day but had to make a new account because I didn’t have the info from the *sr one. When I created the account with the same credit card * & of my name my *.** reduced fare did not appear in the cost of the trip. The only difference was the email account I uses . Here’s what I’ve tried to fix the problem.None these have worked:I reinstalled the Lyft app using my original email.I reapplied to the MBTA Lyft pilot program about * weeks ago. Being a person with disabilities I use your service frequently.Resolving this problem would be appreciated.
