Back in November I arranged for Lyft to pick up my sister at her home in Grand Junction, CO. The driver was too far out and the ride was canceled, got a no show debit. Next time I did the same thing for her and the driver charged $*.** over what the Lyft site had stated.*Next my sister arrives in Denver and is to be picked up at the Denver Federal Center on Kipling. The driver drove right past her, with her seeing him. He drives away. I'm charged a no show. I am downtown Denver and I call Lyft. The guy gets there and doesn't want to put my wheelchair in his trunk. I have to cancel that ride so I can call another Lyft. And you guessed it I was charged a no show for canceling so I could get a ride. This is crazy talk. I dislike Uber, but now I'm realizing that as much as I like Lyft, I cannot afford this. Please help.
