Hi my name is Derek Hamilton I'm currently registered as a Lyft driver and I was using my own vehicle but now I'm at the point where I need to rent a vehicle from you guys and I've been going through the app but every time I go through it it will say no vehicles but at the same time my wife has Lyft on her phone and it's telling her that there are vehicles available so my question is why is it that my app is telling me no vehicles in hers is telling her that is * vehicles available I don't understand this can you please help me , and yes I have applied with Lyft Express. I'm not sure if it's because my vehicle is still showing up in the app, as long as my vehicle keeps showing up it will not allow me to rent a vehicle I'm not understanding what's going on so please help******************@***.com
