On December **, ****, at about *:** P.M. I requested a LYFT ride for my friend from the Beverly Hills Hotel to an address on Formosa Ave. in Los Angeles. I got message from LYFT with the driver information. Then message that he will be departing, so I called the driver. Turns out the man could not speak or understand English. I told him he is to pick up a lady with a red coat, who stands outside the entrance. He seems not to understand what I said. When I asked him if he was at the Beverly Hills Hotel he seems not to understand. When I asked him if he sees the passenger, again he did not understand. Then I see on my phone that the passenger was picked up. But then I get a call from my friend that no one picked her up. LYFT then sent me the invoice showing that the drop off was an an address different then the one I requested. The drop off was at **** Melrose while the address I wanted the drop off was *** N. Formosa. The actual drop off of whoever was dropped of was more than a mile away. with his broken English he must have picked someone else, and since the driver could not speak or understand English he probably did not even understand what the stranger he ended picking up told him
