go to work ... i have attempted to use lyft a few times some rides were ok but * out of * is no good when it comes to issue. the company has scheduled pick up waited until after they were supposed to be there to switch drivers. today I waited again the driver calls me and says he was right by my home and he went all the way to granger left me waiting i was late to work and was told via the app i would be charged because you screwed me over. then i had to wait the driver kept me on the route even though he went to granger then i had to wait. this is not a good company. this company is n o good. i now have a point and was threatened to be charged fro the lack of professionalism from this company. there is no way to preset a time, so customers have to wait to see if and when a driver will come. make arrangements around the different times they say they are coming and still have to get the negative outcomes when they dont come when they are expected to be there. it messed with my income, my time i have to get points and lose my job because your company doesnt do theirs as the people depending on them to. a negative in every way for a person who is supposed to have a service provided to continue with their lives. yes of course I have to go to another service and i truly hope uber is much better. not only does it negatively affect the drivers who come why give a tip when money has been taken away from the people who are to pay waiting for services. i missed money and now so do they. no tip for messing up my day. even though the driver that actually came didnt do anything. its the company and other drivers who dont come.
if a person is supposed to pay and tip but the company makes wrong decisions. it takes away from the drivers and passengers but the company has other fares and they dont seem to care that we pay for services many times with money made from working, ut if you dont come when you are supposed to there is no money to pay for the service* if you make people lose their jobs when drivers dont show. it gives some people no reason to use the service. and dont want
fix it. you are a company figure it out. get better. give money back. get an app that is better make it more convenient so customers dont go to another company that will do better.
i havent done anything to any driver., i would have used the service more if it were more dependable. i get in and get out where i am supposed to. i even give higher star ratings which will never happen again just because of what i had to endure and the money i lost and points i got because of the company
yes trying another service, the only thing i can do.
