Hi, I tried to use the live chat feature and the help link, but neither seemed to work. I was wanting to sign up for the advertised $*** bonus email I received when I applied. It showed up on at the top of the screen when I was applying and I clicked on the terms and read them, but I am not sure if that has happened since I don't remember having to do anything special other than enter a code when I first started the application. Is there a way I can check or can you tell me if I am signed up for the $*** bonus program and if not how do I do that? My application was accepted, but I did not receive any information about the bonus that I thought I signed up for.
GetHuman-dorsinge did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
