I’m having an issue with my driver photo- I submitted a new photo last Friday and it was approved by Lyft, however it is only viewable from my dashboard, not in driver mode or anywhere else- the old photo is displayed there. I have emailed support multiple times and they only tell me that my photo “was already updated”, which doesn’t solve my problem at all. This is a problem because the old photo is awful and I believe it may affect my customers’ impression of me. Please email or call me at(***) ***-**** as soon as possible, as this has now been my problem for * days with no help despite numerous emails.
GetHuman-alysonkk did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
