We are in New York City and called for a Lyft driver the driver Deepak answered the cool he never came and picked us up but submitted a charge for us anyway. We were waiting on eighth and West ** street he was on W. **th St. and headed up to **st St. and then charged us while we were waiting. He then proceeded to charge us for the ride put up the tip. I will be calling my credit card company to have a discharge removed and you are half the driver removed Any questions please call ***-***-****.
