December *, *****To Whom It May Concern I have been * wks contacting Lyft in reference to charges in my account. In one day, ********** Lyft has made * charges to my account, as follows: $*.** - *PM, $**.** - *PM, $**.** - *PM, trip cancellation fee $*.**. This last charge of a cancellation doesn't apply to my because I never cancel no trip. The other charges on the same day I questioned them. Lyft you better fix the above mentioned charges, otherwise I'll have my lawyer take care of it. I don't want your transportation services. Another reason why I don't want your services. Dealing with a business that don't have a phone number where clients may contact, it's not a serious and client oriented business. I want reimbursement of three of the four charges.
