I was over charged. The gps stated the address but it took me away from my destination. It was the correct address too. We pulled over two times and Manuel Rosales whose number I got just in case said he wasn’t going to charge me for the mistake of the wrong direction. My drive was from Norwalk Metrolink train station to Fullerton train station. It’s about ** miles a ** minute drive. I ended up with a bill of almost ***.** because we got lost. So I would request with the permission of my driver to be charged only for that distance and get reimbursed for the rest to be fair. And my driver agreed. His number is ***-***-****, his name is Manuel Rosales. He’s willing to explain the story as well. *Thank you for your consideration.
