On Wed. November **, I was picked *Up at **** Post Street. The driver was named Raulel. He took me on a very long convoluted route to my home. Have lived in San Francisco since *****So I know the city well. He took me way *In directions away from my home. I was at one point driven through alleys and I noticed the street sign ‘Laidley’*He kept telling me he was following GPS directions but I think we were lost. *At one point he stopped as if trying to*decide which way to go. He then attempted to go on what I know is a dead end street. At that point I almost jumped out and called ***. I demanded he find Mission Street and take me home. There was no reason for the route to take me up hills in residential areas and going through one-way alleys. I have used Lyft many*times, several times to and from my home for medical appointments.
