Dear Lyft:*I have written you two different times now to ask about my credit card and if it is working okay on your end. I say this, because I tried UNSUCCESSFULLY * times to BUY the LYFT PASS for $**.**, BECAUSE you SENT this OFFER to me* and yet I NEVER got a RESPONSE and NOW it is too late to buy it! :( Seriously Lyft, what is going on?? I have been a customer for YEARS now! Maybe I should just switch over to Uber then. *- Bruce Winter Jr.
