I am in need of escalting my safety issue to be forwatded to the corporate team members. someone from Lyft safety team was initially involved to handle my case by locking my drivers acct, sent me an email about contacting me, but * days, more than * emails from me, more than * times phone calls to reach the personal brought me to failure. They are not responding to my emails, not providing any numbers to contact them. it was a violant issue, police was involved, I am raising a flag and concern about the fairness of handling the case. How can a safety team can continue with the case without involving the party also ignoring the police officer who was called onsite for case matters. I see no interest of none of these, but rather punishing me by locking my account because I brought this severe complain against a rider who was unsafe for any driver. i am requesting for different safety team than a current one who is responsible and knows the consequence of not being responsible. I also need a corporate number to report a negligence. At this moment, I made sure that I already have clouded my future with Lyft, but regardless of my future with Lyft , I must get a fair and proper answer of why my account is locked being a victim and why my emails were being ignored. Why there was no interest of getting the answer from the police officer involved. This email must be kept secret from the members and the site who is handling the current case and must be handle by different team members and sites.*acct ph: **********
