My driver was excellent. A problem unique to Seattle. When I get dropped off at at ferry terminal I am trying to make the ferry.I cannot respond to the message to rate the drives because I am entering the building. There is no internet connection at the ferry terminals so I cannot respond to the request for rating the driver. By the time I make the ** to ** minute crossing, The window of opportunity to rate the driver has closed. This seems to be counterproductive to your drivers . Please consider changing your *App to allow me to rate my driver.
