For * years since moving to Philadelphia i’ve Used Lyft almost everyday, twice a day. I live on Bainbridge St on Philadelphia where, between *rd and *th street there is an island with cars in the middle. You have never had one driver come to pick me up without my having to call them to tell them where I am. It’s nowceinter, I travel a lot, and I don’t want to walk around to the other side of the block, and I don’t want to call drivers. I have emailed Lyft at least * times before and have received any follow and nothing has changed. I resent having to go thru this, not have a customer rep to call, having to email over and over and meanwhile Lyft is so rude- you want me to spend my money but have no biz model which provides s way to communicate with you. I want s call back with a person. I have given you many thousands of dollars. Enough said.
