Help with my Lyft issue

i keep getting notice that info doesn't match car on file. i keep sending the form that was filled out by the inspection station where i was told to go to. lyft keeps rejecting the form. why? i keep sending insurance info. the keep rejecting it. why? there is no way to speak to anyone. it seems like this company doesn't want to have any connection with anyone. iwould like to drive but for what ever reasons i keep getting the run around. everything you think your explaining to applicants doesn't come through very clear. and there is no way to correct what isn't explained right in the first place. you keep rejecting your own lyft form from the place you told me to go to. i keep sending the same insurance paperwork you ask for. yet nothing happens. what's up?????
