Hi,my name is Kiril Simonovski , the evening on Nov *th i ordered a lyft at JFK in New York and the driver didn't even want to come ,when i contacted him he said i can't come call for somebody else ,i am very disappoined from your service because i did nothing wrong and i was charged ** dollars !I want my money back and disciplinary actions to be taken against that driver otherwise i will file a lawsuit !
