The issue in GetHuman-yinyangj's own words
One of your drivers which was proudly displaying their lyft emblem all lit up on the dash almost blew through a stop sign. Then when I honked at them so that they would wake the heck up they honked back at me even though they were the ones that we're going to run the stop sign. We took a picture of their license plate. You need really need to consider whether you're going to keep this person driving for you or not because this person doesn't care about anybody else but themselves next time this person runs through a stop sign and actually hit somebody we're not going to stop at suing them because now that you know about them you're going to be liable for any injuries after the fact. Their license plate is Washington BJY****. It was a Prius if you need the picture I have it. Your driver is an a****** and you really need to consider whether you're going to keep him on or not I don't think it's a good choice for you if you do because I'm pretty sure I'm just going to put it on Facebook with my *,*** Facebook friends and let them know this guy's in a hole and whether or not you want to keep him on board it's going to be your choice but if you do and he hit somebody that's going to be your liability especially when he's on the clock.
