Buenas tardes. Soy una cliente y usuario de lyft. No uso si no solamente los servicios de lyft para trasladarme diariamente a mi trabajo. Pero no me esta agradando que cuando el lyft se demora mucho tiempo en llegar yo lo cancele y ustedes me esten debitando por ese motivo. A veces los llamo se dan todo el tiempo para llegar el chofer de lyft y finalmente no llega a buscarme. Observo el map y veo que el chofer en vez de acercarse a buscarme. Se aleja mas. Por supuesto tengo que cancelarlo y ustedes me debitan al igual en este caso. No es justo. Porque mi preferencia ha sido solamente lyft no uso Uber. Pero esta situacion me incomoda. Les agradesco que si soy fiel a sus servicios al igual sea correspondido mi queja. Gracias
