Have fee, as first time Lyft rider, billed to $**. coupon card ... On ********, from Toronto's Pearson International Airport, I called a Lyft driver - via your phone app, ride went very well to *** Old Forest Road, Toronto, and when then I asked to charge it to my *st time rider card ($**) he said he didn't know how to do that, contact Lyft when you return to your home (which was last night), to make sure they deduct the fees for the ride from your card. How can you make this happen? BTW, the ride was charged to my Visa card...*Brian Zakem, ***-***-****
Driver, very courteous, but did not know how to get this billed to my *st time rider coupon card, therefore only option was to bill my credit card.
Entire fee charged on coupon, taken off*recreditied to my credit card, with remaining of the $** available for my next use of Lyft.
New, and looking to use now when traveling away from home, assuming this matter gets resolved.
