How is my first name is Joshua my last name is Collins my account comes up Josh Collins. I was using Lyft on November * I am going into the six and Lyft took $** off of me and $*.** and both of my rides as I use Lyft two times that night both my rides got paid for how use one that night and then one next morning both of them got paid for but my ***** was pending on my account and now when I go on to my account the $**.** is no longer showing up but my ride for the $** plus they charge me extra $* so it took it to $** and some change that shows up and then my other ride for the $* that shows up. So I'm not happy off of how my money got taken out of my account with Lyft can someone please email me back At *****@***.com. thank you and I would like my refund back into my account they say * to * business days on lifts website but it's been longer than * to * business days yesterday was the third business day.
