On Nov. *, ****, at about *:**pm, I was passed up by the driver. At that time, i immediately contacted the driver and asked him why he passed me. He acted funny and said he was sorry. Shortly after, he took an additional ** mins to arrive at the pickup point. While waiting, I attempted to enter promo code GMAPSAGH. Upon trying, the code stated that I could not use it because This was not my first lyft. That is incorrect. I have never used lyft before. This is my first time. I want my discount of five dollars And i want to be refunded for the waist time caused by the driver. He waited almost ** mins before actually picking me up. I really want my money back. This guy appeared to be enjoying what he was doing.
