Last night on November *nd **** I ordered a ride once I reach my destination I realized that I left behind my wallet and my cellphone which both belongs to me in the backseat of the driver's car I've made numerous attempts to leave him text messages and even a voicemail with no response since **:** a.m. this very morning. I sent in reports emails time and time again no one has contacted me yet this is very frustrating and very stressful for me also I was aware about a $** return fee at this point that return fee should be waived and it should be Obsolete and not even spoken of at this point it is very unfortunate that I was made to feel this way I'm a very very loyal customer and I feel like I do not deserve to be treated this way in the customer service is not up to par in dealing with this very delicate situation.
