Last night on November *nd **** I ordered a ride once I reach my destination I realized that I left behind my wallet and my cellphone which both belongs to me in the backseat of the driver's car I've made numerous attempts to leave him text messages and even a voicemail with no response since **:** a.m. this very morning. I sent in reports emails time and time again no one has contacted me yet this is very frustrating and very stressful for me also I was aware about a $** return fee at this point that return fee should be waived and it should be Obsolete and not even spoken of at this point it is very unfortunate that I was made to feel this way I'm a very very loyal customer and I feel like I do not deserve to be treated this way in the customer service is not up to par in dealing with this very delicate situation. Please contact me as soon as possible my phone *** *** ****.*I would like to be contacted as soon as possible by the driver or someone and management to have my belongings return to me immediately.**Mrs Mabray
