yes I flew into Tampa Florida on October **th and in trying to get scheduled a Lyft to come pick me up at the airport and take me to a friend's house I encountered problems. The problem was nobody would take Lyft would not take my call and it took me three to five times to get a Lyft driver and I was assured that all of the cancellation fees would be taken off of my credit card. when I got home from Florida yesterday I realized that I had a charge on my credit card for **:** for cancel fee from Lyft for $**. I would appreciate it if this was taken off because it was not my fault but I could not make a Lyft connection. Thank thank you
