My name is Ericka Williams and I use lyft every morning for two weeks now, but this morning my son was rejected a ride because the driver stated that he has to be ** and older. My destination clearly stated it was a high school. I was unconvinced, my son was late for school and I was late for work. In addition to that the driver Jeff, sent another driver but I was already gone on public transportation to take him to school. I spoke to the new driver that was sent to me and he directed me to the App.
