Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-masonlba will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-masonlba later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I requested a Lyft and before any driver accepted the job I cancelled and my card was still charged and I'd like a refund. This isn't the first time either. If the ride isn't accepted by a driver I should not be charged. This is a very bad practice and it needs to stop. If the ride is accepted and the driver is on the way I could understand but to be charged in this manner is not the way to do business
