I called lyft from Scotia bank, morningside, waited long time then for convenience of the driver to find me I came out of the bank and waited in front of TD bank, which is besides scotia bank. I was waiting call from the driver but no call came from him. I then called him, he told that he was waiting but since its the same compound I did not see him, I again called him but his behaviour was very rough and he disconnected the call. I again called, this time he told me that he has cancelled the ride, but sorry to say that this time also he was very rough.My question is that the driver must call when he arrives and does not find the rider so that the rider can find him. However now I have found that lyft has charged CAD *.** as cancel fee (although I did not cancel the ride) and *.** for the ride. I am really surprised and shall appreciate your necessary action in this regard.*Munir Ahmed
