The issue in GetHuman-zaibc's own words
Today I took a Lyft drive at *am almost , he took me from Poinciana. I didn't have WiFi connection so my friend named Kamran booked a drive for me. Driver name is Diego with car number CAJG**. This man was literally threatening me because he knews I didn't have WiFi connection & even I didnt know where he was taking me. My destination was Wildside&grill, Kissimmee. When I asked him how long it will take to reach that place ? He replied me in an awkward way & said he didn't know & he can't tell me but he had the WiFi connection and was viewing everything on goggle map. My cell wasn't working & he was taking advantage of this. Then he turned on the music & wasn't bothering at all about me that where I want to go. And then he covered the **min distance into **mins and I was so scared by this man & after reaching the Destination, he tried to robe me & said your friend didn't pay me , I said how is this possible then how can be you there ? He said I am waiting here. I didn't had the cash with me , but only the credit card. & Then he said I will only accept the cash,. I said to him let me go & will bring the cash from some ATM & then he said I am waiting, I talked to one man & woman standing with another bus & explained the situation, then he just ran away with the car. He was not only threatening me but was also trying to rob me. Take immediate strict action against this ******* who is not only ruining people lives but also ruining your image.
