To whom it may concern, **I am writing to you regarding my mother. I set-up Lyft pick-ups for her to be pick*drop off from Beltsville, MD to Takoma Park, MD and back, however, there has been a few times where the driver will call to announce their arrival but not at the programmed destination (i.e. Bethesda, Silver Spring...). We are not sure why that is happening, and every time Lyft charges her cancellation fees, even though it was not her fault. We would like to resolve this issue by hopefully getting a refund for the cancellation fees, and hopefully get some advice*help on how to avoid this issue. I look forward to hearing from someone with Lyft to resolve the issue.
