I (Michel Moffit) ordered a Lyft on my cell phone ***-***-**** on ******** at approx. *:**PM at the Orlando International Airport. I waited the given ** minutes and waved at the driver (Romme) as he was entering the area. He stopped ahead of where I was standing and another passenger jumped into the car and they zoomed off in a vehicle that matched the color, make and licence tag number that I was given in my Lyft app. I tried calling the driver, but he did not answer. I did receive notice that the fee for Romme's ride was cancelled. I ordered another Lyft that would take an additional ** minutes, but cancelled after several minutes because another passenger (seeing my distress) offered to give me a ride to my home, which was near his. I feel the cancellation fee should be refunded due the inconvenience and failure of Romme to follow Lyft procedures by not asking the passenger's name prior to departing the area and not answering his telephone when I called him.
