I've noticed that most of the time Lyft will just cancel my ride when it's close to the pick up time. When I book it, it will say * or * mins. But noticed that it goes up most of the time and sometimes it just cancels the ride. You should be more accurate like Uber and don't cancel the rides. My sister has the same experience and some of my friends. It really upsets most of the passenger and you can't blame they switch to the competition.
GetHuman-jrhvarga did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
