During my lfty request. I was charged more then I should have payed. The lady lfty person, was trying to find a gas station. But on the google maps. There was a gas station near where she pick me up. The lfty lady pick me up at where my location was, Starbucks. The location was **** truxel road. The gas station address was lotta next store. **** truxel rd. On the way to drop me off. She toke the long route to find a gas station. Also where she found the gas station was where she pick me up. I need a refund. For wasting my time. Second, for stealing my money and third I could have asked for a better ride. The car was a messy, she had her own chilling the car. Especially with no seat Beat as well. The car was smelly, very uncomfortable to enjoy the ride.
GetHuman-yangjen did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
