I left my phone in a LYFt and have been trying to coordinate with the driver directly and he has not returned my phone and has stopped responding to my requests to connect. I have reached out to Lyft customer service twice with no helpful response and the driver is not responding to me. My phone is essential to my job and I would really like to retrieve my current cell phone as opposed to purchasing a new one since he has said he has it and Lyft has told me they will charge for me a return. any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
