The issue in GetHuman-erik_gol's own words
Needed a ride from St Joseph Medical ER in Houston to **** Louisiana Street. Clicked on first **** Louisiana Street choice and booked. Driver did not speak English, headed out to **** Louisiana in East Houston. I tried to tell him we were headed away from downtown and no recognition. I motioned 'tall buildings' said Grande Casa in what little spanish I knew, but he insisted on driving all the way out, only *then* all the way back. What should have been a * mile or so ride ended up ** miles and over ** minutes, not to mention way more $ than expected. I do not appreciate the app apparently not displaying the closest choice first, nor having a driver that spoke English as poorly as I spoke Spanish. How do we resolve this, or am I done with Lyft for good?
