on ** Oct, @ *p.m., ordered Lyft pickup at *** VanNess, SF. Had to work request * times to get app to change from a **** pickup address. Soon a very nice driver, David, called to say his directions made no sense, he was in Mission being told to go to San Jose* he said not my fault, GPS messed up, suggested I cancel, start over. I did so, soon received bill receipt for $* for cancellation that took over * minutes. NOT MY DOING!
