The issue in GetHuman-mmarcia's own words
On ******** @ approximately *:**-*pm I requested lyft service from the Newark Airport to *** Spring field ave. While in car to my destination with the driver Micheal that was send for me. The driver Micheal, said my request was showing in his phone as cancelled. I looked at my phone only to noticed another driver was scheduled to pick me up at the Newark airport. Micheal immediately called the and explained this confusing situation with a representative of Lyft whom assured him the matter will be resolved and I would not be charge with a cancellation fee as I did not canceled. Despite the assurance from the lyft representative my bank account was charged $*.** for cancellation fee.* This $*.** I am requesting to be refunded to my bank account. Your assistance is appreciated in resolving this issue,thanks.**Respectfully, *Marcia Campbell
