Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Good morning! I don’t really have a complaint but rather an overall suggestion! I ride Lyft every single day due to health issues that keep me from using public transportation! I absolutely love your service and consider it a godsend! However, I’ve noticed that a number of the drivers don’t take the care with preparing their vehicles for public transport as much as they did when the service first started! Perhaps in your training, etc., you could emphasize a few items: **) MUSIC SHOULD BE ON LOW VOLUNN unless passenger requests for it to be turned up, especially in the mornings* **) AIR FRESHNERS SHOULD BE USED AT ALL TIMES in the vehicles!!!!! We all have our individual odors but we shouldn’t have to inhale others! **) Cars should be kept clean, vacuumed, and free of drivers personal items in back seats! Again, I’ve only noticed these issues of late, perhaps since more (younger) drivers have come on board...they should be reminded that this is their business and should treat it as such! Maybe reminding of ratings and tips are consistent with service provided! *Thank you for listening...I switched from Uber to Lyft long ago...I don’t want to go back because for the most part I’ve had good experiences with your service! **Marty Elmore
