I subscribed to a monthly locked in rate of **.** for the route I travel most - home to work*work to home. Part of this deal was that if there were times when the rate was less than **.**, I would pay the cheaper rate. The last several times I used LYFT, when I call for a car, I am shown a rate lesser than **.** for my home-work*work-home route. But when the ride is finished, I'm still charged the higher rate. I have several screen-shots of these instances and can share those with you if you could supply an email address for me to send them to.
