On Monday evening October *, **** at RSW I contacted Lyft via my cell phone to request a vehicle. It said my car would be four minutes away. The driver Tom in a Saab. After waiting approximately ** to ** minutes I decided to call to see where he was. He answered his phone and had no idea who I was because he said he had two people in his car and driving them to their destination, which he later said didn’t match the Destiination that I gave him obviously. When I informed him he had the wrong people he said he would come back to the airport to get me. About six minutes later he showed back up at the airport got them out of his car and proceeded to take me. Had I not called him I would’ve been charged the full amount and not had a ride. I am handicapped & I had to wait in a wheelchair an extra ** minutes for a ride! That should never happen to anyone especially a handicap person!*I am totally disappointed in this matter!*Michael Fina*M*****@***.com****-***-****
