Letter for full Reimbursement of $****.** due to driver’s negligence and unprofessionalism (Melissa ***-***-****).*Your Lyft driver Melissa picked my son up from Denison University and instead of taking him straight to the Columbus Greyhound Bus terminal she stopped to pick up her son Henry. After my son expressed to her, it was not okay for her to do that because he had a *:** p.m. bus to catch to get him back to The College of Wooster. Without regard to his request, Melissa picked her son up from school, which caused my son to miss transportation back to school and miss a day of classes. I have email Mr. Logan Green without a response. If no response I will submit my consumer complaint to "* On Your Side" to get a response. ***-***-****
